These roles offer opportunities in areas such as compounding, CIP/SIP operations, autoclave handling, vial filling, environment monitoring, sterility testing, microbial validations, CTD/eCTD dossiers, warehouse operations, RM dispensing, QMS, and audit compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department and level, key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment in injectable and OSD lines
- Performing in-process quality assurance checks and validation activities
- Conducting microbiological testing, including sterility, endotoxin, and environmental monitoring
- Handling packing operations and ensuring compliance with track & trace systems
- Managing engineering maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems
- Overseeing warehouse activities like receipts, dispensing, dispatch, and documentation
- Preparing regulatory submissions for global markets (EMA, WHO, USFDA, etc.)
Candidates with formulation experience, especially in oncology facilities, will be preferred.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 1–12 years in relevant pharmaceutical roles
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Tech
- Preferences: Male candidates preferred; immediate joiners only
- Expertise in regulated environments (USFDA, MHRA, etc.) is a plus
Salary and Benefits
SP Accure Labs offers competitive salaries ranging from INR 3-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, role, and qualifications. Higher packages may be considered for senior positions and exceptional candidates.
