Merck Life Science (MilliporeSigma), a global leader in science and technology, is hiring for the position of Analyst – Quality Services in Bangalore, Karnataka. The role is part of the Global Quality Services (LS-QS) team, which acts as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of quality and regulatory (Q&R) inquiries, with a strong focus on SDS (Safety Data Sheet) management and knowledge services.

Key Responsibilities – Analyst Quality Services

• Handle customer quality and regulatory inquiries using defined ASK workflows
• Act as a business partner for commercial and business teams on customer inquiries
• Manage and respond to SDS-related and transactional quality queries within agreed timelines
• Maintain and update Q&R knowledge content and ASK pages as an ASK journalist
• Use SFDC (Salesforce) for case management and follow best practices for routing and closure
• Perform internal quality checks and maintain performance tracking metrics
• Utilize tools such as M-Clarity (Palantir), BOXI, CCNS, and SAP systems
• Retrieve and interpret material and product data using SAP t-codes (MM03, MSC3N, MSC5N, CG02, CG50, ZPRD, ZMSDS)
• Support trending, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned product portfolios or inquiry topics

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related life science discipline
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Services, Regulatory Affairs, or customer quality support
• Good understanding of quality and regulatory guidelines relevant to life science products
• Experience working with customers or global stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic database tools
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization
