🧪 Key Responsibilities – Research Associate (Bioanalytical)
As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and validating bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS
- Processing and analyzing biological samples for assigned studies
- Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments
- Preparing draft SOPs, method SOPs, and complying with system-specific procedures
- Ensuring compliance with GLP, OECD GLP principles, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Maintaining instrument logbooks, calibration records, and audit readiness
- Ensuring completion of mandatory SOP and system trainings before project initiation
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Required Education:
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related)
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical laboratory operations
- Strong exposure to LC-MS/MS method development and validation
- Working knowledge of GLP, OECD guidelines, and regulatory documentation
