Roles and Responsibilities

As a Production Officer in the Biotech API plant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily production activities in upstream/downstream processes for biotech APIs
• Monitoring and maintaining cGMP standards in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Coordinating with team members for efficient batch production and documentation
• Troubleshooting process issues and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Participating in equipment qualification, validation, and process optimization
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory audits

This role offers hands-on exposure to advanced biotechnological processes in a US FDA and EMEA-compliant facility.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Biotechnology or Microbiology
• Experience: 1-2 years in biotech/pharma production (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
• Gender: Male candidates only
• Skills: Strong knowledge of biotechnological processes, GMP compliance, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Candidates with exposure to microbial fermentation, purification, or biosimilar production will have an advantage.
