Roles and Responsibilities

Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:

• Quality Control: Conducting testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards; documentation and reporting of analytical results.
• ADL: Method development, validation, and stability studies; handling instruments like HPLC, GC; supporting formulation development.
• Purchase: Vendor management, procurement of materials, negotiation, and ensuring timely supply chain operations.
• Store: Managing inventory of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods; dispensing, receipt, and storage as per SOPs.
• PPIC: Planning production schedules, inventory control, coordination between departments for smooth operations.
• Production (Tablet Coating Operator): Operating coating machines, monitoring process parameters, ensuring quality output in tablet manufacturing.

These roles involve adherence to pharmaceutical standards, teamwork, and contributing to efficient operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Quality Control and ADL: B.Pharma/M.Pharma/M.Sc or equivalent.
• Purchase, Store, and PPIC: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Com/M.Com/MBA or equivalent.
• Tablet Coating Operator: Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production; qualification preferably in science or related field.

Candidates must have the specified years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Willingness to relocate to Raipur is essential.

Salary and Benefits

Salaries are competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance. Estimated annual ranges (CTC) in INR:

• Officer/Executive levels: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000
• Manager levels: ₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000
• Operator: ₹2,50,000 – ₹4,50,000
