Role Overview
As a Medical Records Review & Summarization Executive, you will analyze US patient medical records and prepare accurate, structured summaries used in litigation, insurance claims, and legal case evaluations.
This role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent English reading and writing skills, and a keen eye for clinical detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze US medical records
- Identify critical clinical events, diagnoses, injuries, and treatments
- Prepare structured medical summaries and timelines
- Extract procedures, outcomes, medications, and follow-ups
- Maintain strict confidentiality of PHI (Protected Health Information)
- Follow client-specific documentation formats and quality standards
- Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Pharm (mandatory)
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 only
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Excellent English reading and writing skills
- Good documentation and MS Word skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Willingness to learn US healthcare documentation standards
- Mandatory 1-year service commitment
- Pune-based candidates or those willing to relocate immediately
