Departments and Roles
Ipca Laboratories is hiring for the following departments in its OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Formulation Plant:
- Production
- Packing
- Quality Control
These roles involve operating machinery, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and contributing to efficient manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment for granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
- Managing packing lines, blister packing, and secondary packaging while adhering to quality norms.
- Performing in-process and finished product testing, documentation, and analysis in Quality Control.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA) and cGMP practices.
- Maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting issues, and working in rotational shifts to support continuous operations.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulations, specifically tablets and capsules manufacturing.
- Prior exposure in regulated plants approved by USFDA/MHRA is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Important Notes:
- Experience in syrups, injectables, soft gelatin, or API will not be considered.
- M.Sc. qualifications will not be considered for Quality Control department.
- Candidates who have attended an interview at Ipca Athal in the last six months are not eligible to apply.
Salary and Benefits
