Open Positions and Responsibilities
Mankind Pharma is hiring for Officer / Senior Officer roles in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. Key responsibilities include hands-on analytical work, validation processes, compliance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Quality Control (QC) Roles
- Instrument Handling (Chemistry): Expertise in Waters HPLC, Dissolution, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, FTIR, DT Apparatus, Empower 3.
- Method Validation (Chemistry): Analysis of Method transfer, Method verification, Method validation, Cleaning Validation.
- Microbiology: Environment monitoring, Media preparation & Consumption, Water Sampling, Trend preparation, pH Meter Calibration, Balance Calibration.
Quality Assurance (QA) Roles
- In-Process Quality Assurance: Area Clearance, Line clearance at all stages of Manufacturing, In-Process Checks during production and packing activities, Verification of Material before line clearance, Review of BMR/BPR as per respective documents, Monitoring of Instruments calibrations.
- Validation & Compliance: Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), Validation Protocols, and regulatory compliance; Equipment, Facility & Utility Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), Computer System Validation (CSV), Risk Assessments, Review of URS with respect to facility, equipment and HVAC, Review of HVAC water system log books & records, PMP and calibrations, Verification of vendor certificates & documents with respect to utility and HVAC equipment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 1-5 years (most roles); 2-5 years for advanced QA validation role
- Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry (for QC Chemistry roles)
- M.Sc Microbiology (for QC Microbiology role)
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma (for QA roles)
Candidates with hands-on experience in the specified knowledge areas will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for these Officer/Senior Officer positions is competitive and based on experience, typically ranging from ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹6 Lakhs per annum (depending on skills and negotiation).
