Key Responsibilities โ Associate Medical Reviewer
As an Associate Medical Reviewer at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Perform medical review of clinical trial subjects to ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality data
- Ensure patient safety, protocol compliance, and adherence to ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Identify clinically significant outliers, trends, and inconsistencies in trial data
- Collaborate with investigational sites, healthcare professionals, and internal trial teams
- Present medical review findings to Medical Specialists for informed decision-making
- Conduct centralized medical monitoring and support risk-based monitoring activities
- Maintain thorough documentation to ensure inspection and audit readiness
- Work cross-functionally with Data Managers, Trial Managers, and Statistical Monitors
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Requirements
- MBBS + MD (recognized medical degree)
- 1โ2 years of experience in clinical practice or medical academics
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and clinical data review
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience or exposure to risk-based monitoring and clinical data systems
