🧪 Key Responsibilities
As a Project Assistant – Imaging at ICON, you will support imaging project teams to ensure smooth execution of imaging-related clinical trials.
- Assist Imaging Project Managers with meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes
- Maintain and update imaging project documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate communication between imaging teams and cross-functional departments
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support preparation of imaging reports, presentations, and project materials
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and project documentation standards
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Business
- Experience in project coordination, clinical trials, or imaging support is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
