As an HR Fresher on contract, your key responsibilities may include:

- Helping with payroll processing and attendance management
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Handling general administrative HR tasks and employee queries

Salary and Benefits
- Stipend/Salary: Competitive stipend in the range of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications and interview performance)
