Key Responsibilities
- Manage project closure activities for investigator payments.
- Review internal site contracts versus Oracle database and MCTMS records.
- Perform data reconciliation and reporting related to payment data.
- Generate and validate reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Ensure accuracy of clinical financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
Excel Skills Required: VLOOKUP, SUM, IF, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, Find Duplicate Values, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns, Date & Value Formatting.
Good to Have:
- Clinical research or analyst experience with financial data focus.
- Auditing experience in clinical operations or payments.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in clinical research, data analysis, or finance-related reconciliation roles.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
