🔬 Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
- Clinical data cleaning, validation, and discrepancy management
- Query generation, tracking, and resolution in RAVE / Veeva EDC
- SAE and third-party data reconciliation
- Medical coding using MedDRA and WHODrug (Coding roles)
- CRF design and database updates
- Study-level data oversight from setup to database lock
- Resource planning, forecasting, and budget oversight (Leadership roles)
- Client communication and inspection readiness
- Mentoring junior CDM professionals
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or relevant discipline
Experience
- 1–12+ years depending on role
- Mandatory experience with RAVE / Veeva EDC
- Coding roles require MedDRA & WHODrug expertise
- Leadership roles require FSP model experience and global team management
Key Skills
- Strong GCP and SOP compliance knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in clinical trial terminology
- Clear written and verbal English communication

💰 Salary Range (Estimated – India)
- CDA I / Coding Specialist: ₹6 – ₹9 LPA
- CDA II / ACDTL: ₹9 – ₹14 LPA
- CDTL / CDM PM: ₹16 – ₹28 LPA
- Manager / Sr. Manager CDM: ₹30 – ₹45+ LPA
