The Associate will support Pfizer’s Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) Competitive Intelligence team, playing a critical role in monitoring competitor landscapes, supporting forecasting, and enabling informed business decisions across global functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive secondary research to generate competitive intelligence for pipeline stewardship and product development.
- Monitor competitor pipelines, business development deals, and market movements within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
- Support Commercial Development, Portfolio Decision & Analysis, and Business Innovation teams with CI inputs for financial forecasting and commercial assessments.
- Maintain and update Pfizer’s competitive intelligence knowledge management systems, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Prepare competitive intelligence reports and insights for internal leadership and decision-making forums.
- Contribute to strategic CI frameworks and ongoing competitive landscape monitoring initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Associates, CI Team Guides, and CI Directors across global teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 1.5–2 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, data analytics, or similar roles within pharma or healthcare.
- Strong analytical, research, and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
