Roles and Responsibilities
As a Urology Medical Counsellor at Regrow Biosciences, you will play a vital role in patient support and coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Counselling patients on urology treatments, procedures, and regenerative therapies
- Explaining diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-procedure care in a clear and compassionate manner
- Coordinating with urologists, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Managing patient follow-ups, documentation, and records accurately
- Ensuring patient comfort, maintaining empathy, and upholding confidentiality at all times
- Handling patient queries and providing emotional support throughout their treatment process
This role requires a blend of medical knowledge and interpersonal skills to guide patients effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Graduate in any stream (Nursing or Pharmacy background preferred)
- Experience in medical counselling or healthcare calling is advantageous
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (as required)
- Basic medical understanding, particularly in urology or related fields
- Strong patient-handling and counselling abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel and hospital software
- Immediate joiners preferred
