The Medical Information Contact Center job involves handling scientific and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with SOPs and global regulatory standards.
Job Overview – MICC
- Position: Medical Information Contact Center (MICC)
- Experience Required: 1–8 Years
- CTC: ₹3 – ₹10 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)
- Job Location: Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Bond: 18 months (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities – Medical Information Contact Center
- Respond to medical information inquiries from HCPs, patients, and internal teams via calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Provide accurate, balanced, and compliant medical responses using approved content
- Document and track inquiries in accordance with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and productivity benchmarks
- Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs teams
- Ensure readiness for audits and quality reviews
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD
- MSc / BSc – Life Sciences
- Experience:
- 1–8 years in Medical Information, MICC, Pharmacovigilance, or Drug Safety
- Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of compliance, SOPs, and quality standards
- Experience supporting global clients (preferred)
