Job Details and Roles & Responsibilities
The openings are in the Production Department. As a fresher trainee/intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes under supervision
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and GMP guidelines
- Participating in hands-on training at the Macleods Centre of Excellence
- Contributing to efficient production of high-quality formulations
Selected candidates will start with a 3-month internship period at the Macleods Centre of Excellence in Indore, MP, receiving a stipend. Upon successful completion, they will be placed as Trainees at applicable locations.
Required Qualifications
This opportunity is for freshers only. Eligible qualifications include:
- ITI (Fitter, Electrical)
- Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical)
- B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry)
- M.Sc (Chemistry)
- D.Pharm
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance)
Candidates must be fresh graduates with no prior experience required.

- Post-internship salary as Trainee: Competitive, typically in the range of ₹1.8 – 3.0 Lakhs per annum (based on qualification, performance, and industry standards)
