Job Role: Machine Operator – Apprentice
As a Machine Operator Apprentice, you will be trained to operate advanced machinery used in the production of baby care and hygiene products. This role offers practical exposure to manufacturing processes in a safe and regulated environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and efficient running.
- Perform basic setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance on machinery.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality production and safety compliance.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical skills.
Required Qualifications & Eligibility
- Freshers with ITI or Diploma in relevant trades (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, Machinist, or related fields).
- Strong interest in manufacturing and machine operations.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and safety protocols is a plus.
