- Production Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering (Full Time)
- Experience: 2-5 years in Pharma API companies
- Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry / B.E Chemical
- Experience: 2-5 years in Pharma API companies
- Production Plant / Production Dispensing (Freshers)
- Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry / Diploma Chemical / M.Sc Chemistry / B.E Chemical
- Experience: Freshers (Graduation year 2023, 2024, or 2025)
Roles and Responsibilities
As part of the Production team in an API manufacturing unit, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment, reactors, and processes to ensure smooth manufacturing of APIs
- Handling dispensing of raw materials accurately and safely
- Adhering to cGMP, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining batch records, documentation, and shift reports
- Troubleshooting minor process issues and ensuring optimal yield and quality
- Participating in shift operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring plant housekeeping and compliance with environmental health and safety standards
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant full-time degree/diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- For experienced roles: Proven hands-on experience in API production from regulated pharma companies
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts
- Commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment
