The company is conducting walk-in interviews for various roles in production, quality control, engineering, and administration. Preference will be given to freshers willing to work in rotational shifts, with male candidates preferred due to shift requirements.
Available Positions and Qualifications
Tooba Pharmaceuticals is hiring for the following trainee positions:
- Production Officer/Executive (4 positions) Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) Freshers preferred.
- Engineering & Maintenance Officer (1 position) Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Fitter) Freshers preferred.
- QC Officer (2 positions) Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm Freshers preferred.
- Admin/BD/Marketing (2 positions) Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / MBA Freshers preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a trainee in these roles, you will gain practical exposure while assisting in day-to-day operations:
- Production Roles: Support API manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with GMP standards, monitor production lines, and maintain documentation.
- Engineering & Maintenance: Assist in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth plant operations.
- Quality Control: Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; maintain quality records and support audits.
- Admin/BD/Marketing: Handle administrative tasks, support business development activities, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
All roles involve working in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant educational qualification as mentioned above.
- Freshers are highly preferred; no prior experience required.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in shifts (rotational system).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates must bring original documents for verification.
Note: Due to shift work requirements, male candidates are preferred.
Salary, Benefits, and Application Process
- Stipend/Salary: Competitive stipend during the training period, depending on qualification and performance (typically in the range of INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month for freshers in similar roles).
