Open Positions
1. Sr. Executive – HR (Plant Role)
This is a key plant-based HR position ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and welfare activities.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and industrial relations.
- Drive training and development initiatives for plant employees.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in plant HR operations within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, statutory matters, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Production – Filling Operator (Nasal Section)
A hands-on role in the specialized nasal spray production line, contributing directly to high-quality pharmaceutical output.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate filling machines and equipment in the nasal section as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain cleanliness of the production area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to yield improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Pharmacy, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in nasal filling operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with GMP, WHO guidelines, and nasal spray production processes.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a cleanroom environment.

- Sr. Executive – HR: ₹8–12 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and skills).
- Production Filling Operator: ₹3–6 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and performance).
