Roles & Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Executive/Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
- Managing utilities such as HVAC systems, boilers, and compressors
- Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime
- Coordinating with production teams for scheduled maintenance activities
- Documenting maintenance records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience: 2–6 years in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
- Key Skills:
- Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Hands-on experience with utilities (HVAC, Boilers, Compressors)
- Strong knowledge of GMP and safety compliance
- Proficiency in plant equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
