Key Responsibilities – Lab Central Project Coordinator 1
Study Setup & Planning
- Support Project Managers by attending meetings and preparing minutes of meetings (MoM) and action logs
- Prepare protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
- Assist in setting up protocol-specific laboratory centralized monitoring activities
Study Monitoring & Close-Out
- Perform routine study tasks such as site loading, investigator portal access, and kit shipment coordination
- Monitor day-to-day study performance and laboratory operations
- Manage query resolution, protocol clarifications, and escalations with internal and external teams
- Support and oversee project close-out activities
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Analyze status reports and monitoring dashboards to identify trends
- Provide performance feedback to investigator sites and internal teams
- Lead customer communications when the Project Manager is unavailable
Meetings, Audits & Training
- Represent IQVIA in internal and external meetings
- Participate in audits and inspections
- Support study-related training for sites, CRAs, and customers
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required minimum)
Experience
- 1+ year of relevant experience in clinical research, medical, or healthcare industry (preferred)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Salary Range (Estimated)
💰 ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (CTC)
