A leading clinical research organization is hiring an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA – Monitor) to strengthen its clinical operations team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of hands-on onsite monitoring experience who are looking to advance their career in clinical research and clinical trials monitoring.

This is an office-based CRA role, and candidates must have prior onsite monitoring exposure. Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position.

🔍 Key Responsibilities of Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

• Perform onsite monitoring visits (PSV, IMV, and COV) in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
• Ensure protocol adherence, data accuracy, and subject safety at clinical trial sites
• Review source documents, CRFs, and essential trial documentation
• Identify, document, and follow up on protocol deviations and issues
• Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and clinical operations teams
• Ensure timely query resolution and data quality checks
• Support regulatory inspections and audits when required

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of mandatory onsite monitoring experience as a CRA
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and clinical trial processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in an office-based clinical operations role
