Available Positions and Experience Requirements
Natco Pharma is hiring for the following roles in OSD Production & Packing, divided into Oncology and Non-Oncology sections:
OSD Production & Packing (Oncology)
- Operator: 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience operating equipment in Granulation & Compression (GEA), Roll Compaction (Alexander works), Coating (NEOCOTA), Capsule Filling (Bosch), Bottle Packing & Labelling (CVC), Track & Trace (Optel) lines.
- Supervisor: 4 to 6 years of experience in supervising production lines, including Compression, Coating, and IPQC verification activities.
- Shift Incharge: 10 to 12 years of experience managing manufacturing activities.
Production & Packing (Non-Oncology)
- Operator: 6 to 8 years of experience operating equipment in Granulation (Tapasya & ACG), Compression (Sejong), Coating (NEO COTA), Capsule Filling (Bosch), Spray Dryer (Labultima), Blister Packing (CAM, IMA PG), Auto Cartonator (CAM), Bottle Packing (CVC), Labelling (Maharshi), Dry powder Line (Anchor Mark), Optel & HAPA Printing.
- Supervisor: 4 to 6 years of experience supervising production lines, including Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packing.
- Shift Incharge: 10 to 12 years of experience managing manufacturing activities.
All roles require good verbal and written English communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in:
- Operating and maintaining advanced pharmaceutical equipment for granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing processes.
- Supervising production lines to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Performing IPQC activities and verification.
- Managing shift operations, manpower, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and documentation protocols in oncology and non-oncology formulations.
