Roles and Responsibilities
Ipca Laboratories is hiring for the following departments:
- Production: Operate manufacturing equipment, ensure smooth production processes, adhere to GMP standards, and maintain shift operations in API units.
- Packing: Handle packaging operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage efficient packing lines.
- Quality Control (QC): Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; operate instruments like HPLC/GC; document results accurately.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct in-process checks, review batch records, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Engineering: Maintain and troubleshoot machinery, support plant maintenance, and contribute to process optimization.
Candidates must be open to shift duties and willing to relocate to plant locations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in Pharma API Manufacturing Unit (regulated plants like USFDA/MHRA preferred).
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / ITI / Diploma / HSC / BE (relevant fields).
- Candidates who appeared for an interview at Ipca in the last six months are not eligible.
