Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Scientist – Hair Colour, you will be involved in various aspects of product development. Key responsibilities include:
- Development and optimisation of various hair colour formulations, including powder, cream, emulsions, and shampoo-based colours
- Conducting lab trials, sample preparation, and formulation support
- Assisting in scale-up from lab to manufacturing
- Performing stability studies and performance evaluation of products
- Optimising ingredients for cost-effectiveness
- Maintaining GLP-compliant documentation and lab records
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality
- Gaining basic exposure to regulatory requirements and intellectual property (IP) awareness
- Understanding consumer needs and staying updated on market trends

Required Qualifications and Eligibility
