Key Responsibilities
- Support the Process Solutions organization within Merck Life Science.
- Process service complaints using TrackWise and ERP systems.
- Handle order management activities, including debit and credit creation.
- Work hands-on with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM tool SFDC.
- Process customer documentation requests and manage leads in SFDC.
- Create and assign sales and marketing leads through critical analysis.
- Create ERP orders for credit, debit, investigation, and returns.
- Coordinate with Customer Master Data teams to update records.
- Manage discrepancy database requests and quality task requests.
- Review errors and provide mitigation suggestions to prevent recurrence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute directly or indirectly to incremental revenue generation.

- B.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
- B.Sc (General Science)
Commerce / Management

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of experience in Order Management or Service Complaints (preferred).
- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle ERP, and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Basic functional understanding of SFDC and ERP user processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
