๐Ÿงช Key Responsibilities (Drug Safety & PV Operations)

  • End-to-end ICSR case processing as per global regulatory requirements
  • Case intake, data entry, MedDRA coding, and narrative writing
  • Safety case submission to regulatory authorities within timelines
  • Follow-up management for serious and non-serious adverse events
  • Affiliate mailbox management and case reconciliation
  • Compliance with SOPs, client guidelines, and pharmacovigilance regulations
  • Contribution to patient safety and public health outcomes

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) or MSc
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance operations or drug safety surveillance
  • Strong knowledge of ICSR workflows, MedDRA, and global PV regulations
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
