🧪 Key Responsibilities (Drug Safety & PV Operations)
- End-to-end ICSR case processing as per global regulatory requirements
- Case intake, data entry, MedDRA coding, and narrative writing
- Safety case submission to regulatory authorities within timelines
- Follow-up management for serious and non-serious adverse events
- Affiliate mailbox management and case reconciliation
- Compliance with SOPs, client guidelines, and pharmacovigilance regulations
- Contribution to patient safety and public health outcomes
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) or MSc
- Experience in pharmacovigilance operations or drug safety surveillance
- Strong knowledge of ICSR workflows, MedDRA, and global PV regulations
- Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team environment
