Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual curation and correction of researcher profiles by validating authorship, affiliations, and publication history.
- Review, interpret, and clean bibliographic metadata including article titles, journal names, editor details, and peer review history.
- Use SQL queries and internal dashboards to extract, analyze, and validate data supporting curation decisions.
- Evaluate and validate AI-suggested authorship matches, ensuring high accuracy and confidence.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect researcher profiles.
- Troubleshoot and respond to profile-related customer queries using editorial research and metadata investigation.
- Collaborate with internal systems and platforms to maintain high-quality scholarly content databases.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- UG Degree from any discipline (Computer Science, Basic Science, or Information Science preferred).
- Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in content operations, publishing, metadata curation, or database management.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and research skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with online tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with research publishing workflows and editorial processes.
- Understanding of academic metadata standards.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing editorial guidelines.
