- Develop, review, and manage end-to-end proposals for global CRO clients

- Interact directly with clients for proposal discussions and budget negotiations
- Execute proposal strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Utilize advanced Excel for cost modeling, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- 2–5 years of experience in Proposal Development / Contract Management
- Mandatory prior experience in a CRO or life sciences organization
- Strong understanding of clinical research and CRO processes
- Proven expertise in budget negotiation and proposal management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a remote, global environment
