Job Overview: Apprentice – Process Development Lab
Lupin Limited is inviting applications from fresh M.Sc Chemistry graduates for the position of Apprentice in the Process Development Lab at its Mandideep (Bhopal) manufacturing site. This apprenticeship is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn chemical process optimization and development in a regulated pharma environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
As an Apprentice in the Process Development Lab, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting laboratory and development activities, including:
• Assisting in chemical process development and optimization activities
• Supporting scale-up studies and lab experiments
• Maintaining proper documentation and laboratory records
• Following safety, quality, and GMP guidelines
• Coordinating with senior scientists and team members on ongoing projects
• Learning analytical and process development techniques used in pharma R&D
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
• M.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks
• Strong academic fundamentals in chemistry
