Roles and Responsibilities
As a fresher trainee/intern in the Production and Quality Assurance departments, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including operation and monitoring of equipment for oral solids, injectables, or other formulations.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.
- Supporting quality control and assurance activities, such as testing, documentation, and process validation.
- Participating in hands-on training to gain practical knowledge of pharmaceutical production and quality systems.
- Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Successful candidates will start as Interns for a 3-month training period at the Macleods Centre of Excellence. Upon completion, you may be placed in permanent Trainee roles at locations such as Sikkim/Baddi (HP), Sarigam (Gujarat), or Indore (MP), based on performance and openings.
Required Qualifications
This opportunity is open only to freshers with the following educational backgrounds:
- ITI (Fitter, Electrical)
- Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical)
- B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry)
- D.Pharm, B.Pharm
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance)
No prior experience is required, making this ideal for recent graduates looking to enter the pharma sector.
