A reputed pharma manufacturing facility located at Genome Valley is hiring Production Executive and Senior Executive – OSD (Tablets) for its formulation operations. Job Location and Work Details
The position is based at Genome Valley, Hyderabad, one of India’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturing hubs. The role involves working in rotational shifts within the OSD formulation unit.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for the following activities within the OSD production department:
- Execution of tablet manufacturing processes including granulation, compression, coating, and packing
- Operation and handling of equipment such as RMG, FBD, compression machines, and coating machines
- Adherence to BMR, BPR, SOPs, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Preparation and review of GMP documentation and production records
- Handling deviations, change controls, and supporting internal and external audits
- Supervising manpower and coordinating with quality, engineering, and other cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Educational qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in OSD tablet production
- Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical documentation
- Hands-on experience in tablet manufacturing operations
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience and interview performance)
