Roles and Responsibilities
As a fresher at Hetero, you will contribute to critical operations while receiving comprehensive training. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards (Production)
- Performing in-process quality checks, documentation review, and deviation handling (QA)
- Conducting analytical testing, sample analysis, and stability studies using advanced instrumentation (QC)
- Supporting regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across departments
