Clario, a global leader in clinical trial endpoint data solutions, is hiring a Clinical Data Processor – Specialty Solutions for Bangalore and Remote (India) locations. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) looking to enter clinical research, clinical data management, or healthcare documentation.
As a Clinical Data Processor at Clario, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate source documentation for global clinical trials supporting life-changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities – Clinical Data Processor Role
- Execute study-specific workflows including creation, resumption, cancellation, and completion
- Review, redact, and process clinical images, videos, and source documents
- Ensure compliance with PII/PHI regulations and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Create and manage DICOM image links for clinical studies
- Use tools such as SightHound and PDF redaction software
- Provision and manage user access for clinical trial systems
- Raise and resolve queries with investigational sites
- Support study closeout documentation and final deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional clinical operations teams
- Maintain high quality, accuracy, and turnaround time for deliverables
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education:
- High School Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred fields: Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related disciplines
- Experience:
- 0–2 years in clinical trials, healthcare operations, or data processing
- Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote
- Understanding of PII, PHI, GDPR, and HIPAA basics
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and in global teams
- Willingness to work European or US time-zone shifts
