Roles & Responsibilities (Common across positions)
- Ensure smooth plant operations as per cGMP and regulatory guidelines
- Perform documentation, batch manufacturing, and equipment handling
- Conduct in-process quality checks, sampling, and analysis (for QC/QA)
- Handle utility operations, boiler maintenance, and engineering activities
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on experience in regulated pharma manufacturing environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
