This full-time, onsite role is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of regulatory affairs experience looking to strengthen their career in regulatory compliance and clinical research support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and submission of regulatory documentation under EUCTR guidance.
  • Coordinate and manage client deliverables to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Track project plans and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain working knowledge of internal SOPs, client SOPs, and current regulatory guidelines.
  • Evaluate client requirements against project timelines, quality, and delivery expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project risks and delivery issues.
  • Provide project-specific documentation, coordination, and reporting to management and clients.
  • Support preparation of bids and proposals, including tracking revisions and contract modifications.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, clinical research, or CRO operations.
  • Familiarity with EUCTR, regulatory submissions, and compliance processes.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects in a deadline-driven environment.
