A Principal Regulatory Affairs Assistant role is now open in Bengaluru, India, offering hands-on exposure to EUCTR submissions, regulatory documentation, and client coordination within a global life sciences environment. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of regulatory affairs experience looking to strengthen their career in regulatory compliance and clinical research support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and submission of regulatory documentation under EUCTR guidance.
- Coordinate and manage client deliverables to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Track project plans and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain working knowledge of internal SOPs, client SOPs, and current regulatory guidelines.
- Evaluate client requirements against project timelines, quality, and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project risks and delivery issues.
- Provide project-specific documentation, coordination, and reporting to management and clients.
- Support preparation of bids and proposals, including tracking revisions and contract modifications.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, clinical research, or CRO operations.
- Familiarity with EUCTR, regulatory submissions, and compliance processes.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects in a deadline-driven environment.
