๐ญ Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Trainee, responsibilities may span across Production, Quality, Mechanical, and Utility functions, including:
Production & Machine Operations
- Raw and packing material preparation, loading, splicing, and unloading
- Machine setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown handling
- Performing real-time production, waste, OEE, and downtime data entry
- Pack count change, product size change, tier change using QCO principles
Quality & GMP Compliance
- Follow GMP, QMS, hygiene, and pest control guidelines
- Conduct real-time inspections, variable & attribute testing
- Handle non-conforming products, product holds, and clearance procedures
- Maintain quality documentation and software records
Maintenance & Engineering
- Cleaning, lubrication, inspection, tightening (CLIT) activities
- Preventive and predictive maintenance of machines
- Spare parts tracking, refurbishment, and store inventory management
- Support during PMs, changeovers, and equipment calibration
Utility & Electrical Operations
- Operation and maintenance of utilities such as DG sets, compressors, chillers, AHU, WTP, STP
- Transformer, HT/LT panels, UPS, VFDs, motors, EMS & BMS support
- Firefighting systems and uninterrupted mill operations
Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Follow KC safety rules, LOTO, SOPs, work permits, and emergency response plans
- Participate in safety observations, near-miss reporting, and risk assessments
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Education: Diploma (Fresher) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Freshers eligible
