Optimus Pharma is hiring for the following roles in the Quality Control (Formulations) department:
- Executive: 2-4 years of experience
- Senior Executive: 6-8 years of experience
Only candidates with formulations experience are eligible.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Quality Control professional at Optimus Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing analysis of raw materials and packing materials
- Conducting testing using HPLC instruments
- Managing stability chambers and stability studies
- Testing finished products to meet regulatory standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to GMP guidelines
- Contributing to quality assurance processes in a formulations environment
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry
- Experience:
- Executive: 2-4 years in pharma QC (formulations preferred)
- Senior Executive: 6-8 years in pharma QC (formulations preferred)
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, stability testing, raw/packing material analysis, and finished product testing
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits

- Executive: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
- Senior Executive: ₹7,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum
