Key Responsibilities – Pharma Data Analyst
Data Collection & Management
- Collect, clean, standardize, and preprocess large pharmaceutical and healthcare datasets
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across internal and external data sources
- Maintain and update master data related to pharmaceutical products and hospital purchases
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze complex pharmaceutical datasets using advanced data analytics tools
- Generate actionable insights to support supply chain and healthcare operations
- Interpret market trends, product classifications, and utilization patterns
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and analytics workflows
- Implement best practices for pharmaceutical data handling aligned with industry standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Life Sciences
- Preferred: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis
- Prior exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare data is strongly preferred
Technical & Domain Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of pharmacological classification and medical products
- Experience in master data management (MDM) is an advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and data presentation skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Estimated Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum
