Key Responsibilities
Granulation (Production)
- Operation of granulation equipment including RMG, FBD, Co-Mill, and Shifter
- Execution of granulation and blending processes as per SOPs
- Equipment cleaning, changeover, and routine operation
- Compliance with GMP, safety, and documentation standards
- Coordination with IPQA and maintenance teams
Packing (Production)
- Operation of BQS, Blister Packing, Bottle Packing, HMI Cartoning, Track & Trace systems
- Line clearance, machine setup, and packing process execution
- Equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance activities
- Adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines
- Accurate batch documentation and record maintenance
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Sc / Intermediate / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
