Roles and Responsibilities
Production-Manufacturing Roles
- Operate and monitor manufacturing processes including granulation, compression, and coating.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and perform in-process checks.
- Handle documentation, QMS activities, and troubleshooting in OSD production lines.
- Maintain equipment and contribute to process improvement for efficiency and quality.
Quality Control Roles
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and other instrumentation.
- Conduct sampling, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Prepare and review analytical reports, ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Investigate deviations and support stability studies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and a team-oriented environment.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages based on experience and qualifications:
- Junior roles (1-4 years): ₹3.5 – 5.5 Lakhs per annum
- Senior roles (5-7 years): ₹6 – 8 Lakhs per annum
