Important Notes:
- Candidates who have attended an interview at Ipca Athal in the last 6 months need not apply.
- Only candidates with experience in regulated plants (USFDA/MHRA) and willingness to work in shifts will be considered.
- Preference for experience in tablets and capsules manufacturing (syrup, injectables, soft gelatin experience not considered).
- API experience not considered for QC/QA roles.
- M.Sc freshers not considered for QC department.

Quality Control Department
Designations: Sr. Officer / Officer / Jr. Officer / Technician Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / Diploma / ITI / HSC Experience: 1-7 years
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC/GC (Waters/Shimadzu) and Empower software
- Operation of Dissolution Tester (Electrolab/Sotax/Labindia), UV, IR, KF Autotitrator
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, Data Integrity, and Regulatory Guidelines
- Additional advantage: Knowledge of GCMS/LCMS or Microbiology section
Production Department
Designations: Supervisor / Technician Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma / ITI / HSC / SSC Experience: 1-7 years
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Experience in operating and supervising Compression, Granulation, and Coating machines (e.g., Fette, Glatt, Ganson, Imprinting)
Packing Department
Designations: Supervisor / Technician Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma / ITI / HSC / SSC Experience: 1-7 years
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Experience in operating and supervising Blister Packing (CAM/IMA), CVC, Cartonator
- Documentation and QMS compliance in Packing Department
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Science/Pharmacy/Engineering as mentioned above
- 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation (OSD) manufacturing
- Exposure to regulated environments (USFDA, MHRA preferred)
- Shift duty readiness essential
