Roles & Responsibilities (Common across positions)
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
- Participate in investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Operate and maintain equipment/machinery as per department requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant experience strictly from Pharmaceutical Formulation (Injectables/OSD) companies
- Strong technical knowledge in respective domain
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Salary & Benefits The company offers best-in-class compensation in the industry. Expected CTC Range: ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹8.5 Lakh per annum (depending on experience, current CTC and interview performance) Other benefits include PF, gratuity, medical insurance, canteen facility, transport (limited routes), and performance-linked incentives.
