APL Healthcare Limited (an Aurobindo Pharma Company) is hiring experienced Technical Assistants for its state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility located in SEZ Menakur, Naidupeta, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh. The company is conducting virtual interviews for immediate joining.

This is an excellent opportunity for ITI/Diploma holders with 2-7 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production to join one of India’s leading generic pharmaceutical companies.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, oral liquid, and nasal spray manufacturing equipment as per batch manufacturing records and SOPs
• Perform in-process checks and documentation as per cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Ensure cleaning and line clearance activities are completed on time
• Maintain yield, productivity, and quality parameters
• Participate in batch record review and investigations whenever required
• Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines strictly

Required Qualifications & Experience

• ITI (Fitter/Electrician/Instrument Mechanic) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation
• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in regulated pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing (granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, oral liquids, or nasal sprays)
• Hands-on experience with machines from reputed OEMs (Fette, Sejong, GEA, Glatt, Pam Pac, Bosch, etc.)
• Good knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and 21 CFR compliance
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹3.0 Lakhs to ₹6.5 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and current CTC)
