Job Overview: Analyst – Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL)
The Analyst – MSL plays a critical role in scientific advocacy for CAR-T therapy, engaging KOLs, supporting clinical sites, and enabling real-world evidence generation.
Location: Delhi (Remote/Field)
Department: Medical Affairs
Role Type: Full-time
Travel: Approx. 7 days/month
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL Engagement & Scientific Advocacy
- Engage hemato-oncologists and lymphoma KOLs to promote scientific understanding of CAR-T therapy.
- Conduct discussions on CAR-T mechanism, efficacy, safety, CRS/ICANS management.
2. Site Support & Clinical Enablement
- Serve as SPOC for onboarding, eligibility screening, pathway education, and discharge coordination.
- Facilitate infrastructure readiness and training for new clinical sites.
3. Real-World Data & Scientific Writing
- Collect real-world data for PMS/RWE.
- Prepare case studies and assist in publication development.
4. Medico-Marketing & CME Activities
- Support CMEs, tumor boards, scientific meetings, and educational initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and compliant scientific communication.
5. Strategic Insights
- Capture field insights for medical and commercial alignment.
Qualifications
Essential
- MD / MBBS / PharmD
- Experience in Oncology or Hemato-Oncology
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs
- Strong scientific knowledge and communication skills
