Key Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Specialist – Medical Devices, you will:
- Manage and grow your assigned territory across Hyderabad and nearby regions.
- Identify, pursue, and convert diagnostic labs, hospitals, and pathology centers.
- Conduct product demos and educate clinical stakeholders on digital pathology and AI-based cancer screening.
- Build long-term relationships with pathologists, lab directors, clinicians, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Execute end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Attend medical conferences, leverage referrals, and use creative outreach to generate leads.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for installations and customer onboarding.
- Track market intelligence, competitor strategies, customer feedback, and pricing trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices, laboratory instruments, diagnostics, or health-tech.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain digital pathology and AI concepts.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong territory management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the region (60–70%).
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Business.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Existing network within Hyderabad’s diagnostics or pathology ecosystem.
- Prior experience in startups or early-stage companies.
- Knowledge of AI, digital health, or medical device regulations.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in competitive markets.
