As part of IQVIA’s 2,000-member Global Site Activation team, you will contribute directly to delivering high-quality clinical trials and enabling faster access to safe, effective treatments for patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Site Activation Coordinator, you will support end-to-end site activation activities at the country level, including:

- Conducting feasibility, site activation, and selected maintenance activities according to SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Preparing, reviewing, and tracking essential documents such as CDAs, questionnaires, regulatory submissions, ethics documents, and Investigator Pack release forms.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of site documentation under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Collaborating with Site Activation Managers, Project Management, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams.
- Updating internal tracking tools, CTMS databases, project timelines, and systems with real-time information.
- Supporting study start-up deliverables to ensure timely site readiness for clinical trials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare, clinical research, or similar functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple studies and therapeutic areas.
- Strong attention to accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance.
