Key Responsibilities
As a Drug Safety Physician, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
- Conducting signal detection activities and interpreting emerging safety trends
- Developing and reviewing aggregate safety reports (PBRERs, PSURs, DSURs)
- Supporting benefit–risk assessments and safety strategy discussions
- Ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional safety and quality teams
- Providing clinical insights for case narratives and literature evaluation
Required Qualifications
- MBBS/MD degree and registered medical practitioner in India
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacovigilance/drug safety experience
- Hands-on experience with signal detection and aggregate reporting
- Strong understanding of global PV guidelines (EMA, US FDA, ICH)
- Excellent analytical and medical interpretation skills
- Ability to work full-time from office
- Availability to join immediately or within 1 month
